The License and Conditions Homeschool Resource Co. grants you is a personal non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access all Collections, purchases, and content. You may reproduce and store portions of the Collection or any other material content, for your personal use, and noncommercial use.

Full-scale reproduction of contents is expressly prohibited. You may not make or distribute unauthorized copies of the Collections, create by decompilation or otherwise, the source code of the Collections, or use, copy, modify, or transfer the Collections, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.

If you transfer possession of the Collections to a third party, the license is automatically terminated. Such termination will be in addition to any civil or other remedies available to Homeschool Resource Co.

Digital Product Policy

1. Product Format:
All products sold on Homeschool Resource Co. are digital and available for download in a variety of file formats (e.g., PDFs, ZIP files). No physical products will be shipped.

2. Service & Support:
We service and support all printable products for up to one (1) year after the date of purchase. During this time, if you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading the files, please contact us for assistance.

3. Responsibility Disclaimer:
While we strive to ensure a seamless and reliable experience, Homeschool Resource Co. is not responsible for any issues related to file access or integrity beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Server outages or technical issues beyond our platform,
• Corrupted, stolen, scammed, or deleted files,
• Misplaced files after download,
• Compatibility issues with your devices or software.

4. File Security & Backup:
Once files are downloaded, it is your responsibility to securely store and back up your purchases. We recommend keeping copies in multiple locations to avoid loss or damage.

5. File Retention Policy:
After one (1) year from the date of purchase, files may be removed from our servers, and access to downloads may no longer be available. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store their files in a timely manner. While we try to send reminders, Homeschool Resource Co. is not liable for any loss of access after the one-year support period has passed.

6. No Liability for Unforeseen Circumstances:
Homeschool Resource Co. cannot be held liable for unforeseen technical issues, including server crashes, file corruption, or third-party interference. We will do our best to assist, but the customer is ultimately responsible for safeguarding their purchased files.

7. No Refunds for Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before purchase. If you have questions, reach out to us prior to completing your order.

• You are granted the right to access all content you purchase, as long as you are not in the EU. We are not currently equipped to abide by their tax laws.

• Access to the membership download area may be interrupted due to routine site maintenance or by actions beyond the control of Homeschool Resource Co. such as acts of God and equipment failure.
• You acknowledge that the use of any purchase is for you and your immediate family's personal use only.
• Multi-use configurations or network distribution of the Collection(s), or any other purchased content from us, are expressly prohibited.
• If a Collection, offer, camp, webinar, or other product or presentation, is presented in partnership with a business specialist, contributor, or sponsor, they may also receive your email address as part of our partnership agreement. We do not sell your information.
• You acknowledge that Homeschool Resource Co. has not written and does not own the information contained in the Collection(s). Furthermore, you acknowledge that Homeschool Resource Co. is not responsible for the way in which the information is used once purchased.
• You acknowledge that Homeschool Resource Co. will attempt to reach out to the contributor on your behalf, but Homeschool Resource Co. is not able to honor or supply any third-party contributor or sponsor’s service or product.
• You acknowledge that Homeschool Resource Co. does not endorse, condone, promote, agree or disagree with, and is not responsible or liable for, any content, data, products, goods or services available through Homeschool Resource Co. or any of Homeschool Resource Co.’s partners, sponsors, and contributors. The views and opinions expressed verbally or in written form are those of whom we partner with and are expressly their own, and do not represent any official policy or opinion of Homeschool Resource Co. or any of our contracted employees or owner.
• The information contained herein is for educational and informational purposes only. Because all of our products are digital we do not offer refunds. Your purchase is final because we cannot revoke your access to digital content.
